Credit cards

For Web orders, we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card/NOVUS. We don't bill your credit card until your order is shipped, and there are never any surcharges . CREDIT CARD ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION.

Note: Our web site is not currently configured to support international addresses or currency. If your credit card billing address is outside the U.S., please call 1-603-355-6005 and we'll take your order over the phone. You may fax your order to 1-603-683-5775.

On account

Customers who have established Connection PC credit may place orders through their account manager or online and will be billed subject to the specific terms of their account, pre-established credit limits, and our standard Terms and Conditions.

We don't offer discounts for pre-payment or early payment.

Sales taxes

For a full list of states that are subject to sales tax, please see the purchase price section of our Terms and Conditions of Sale. If you are exempt from sales tax, please forward your Tax Exempt Certificate to us and your account status will be updated; any tax applied will be created upon receipt of a valid certificate.

Wire transfers/prepayment

For orders by phone, you may pre-pay your order via check or wire transfer. Orders prepaid with a check will be shipped within 24 hours of check clearance. New customers wishing to prepay an order totaling $5,000 or more must allow 10 business days for their check to clear. This policy applies to personal, business, cashiers, and certified checks, as well as money orders.

The following terms and conditions apply to all sales unless there is a written contractual agreement stating otherwise.

All Returns Are Subject to Manufacturers' Policies

Return privileges are subject to various manufacturers' policies. Many manufacturers have imposed certain return restrictions. Consequently, Connection reserves the right to decline specific return requests based on those restrictions. Be sure to ask your Account Manager about specific return conditions before you purchase any item.
